PC Mini-Grants
The Nebraska Legislature is partnering with the Nebraska Council of School Administrators to offer mini-grants to middle-level social studies classrooms to participate in Project Citizen, a hands-on civic education program. We believe this program is an ideal means for students to discover their role as a citizen in their representative democracy.
Grants of $500 each will be awarded to participating elementary and middle schools. These funds can be used for display board materials, substitute teacher costs or for transporting students to Lincoln to participate in the state showcase.
